Outdoor Sauna Assembly Service

An outdoor sauna kit arrives as a pallet of cedar staves or wall panels, steel bands, a door, benches and a heater. We build it start to finish on your base, with everything set level and the door closing square.

Two things come first: a level, solid base ready before we arrive, and a licensed electrician that you arrange to wire the heater. We ask for a photo of the spot before we book the date.

Kits We Build

Barrel Sauna Assembly

Barrel saunas build the same way across brands: cradles set level on the base, staves fitted one at a time around the end walls, then the steel bands tightened evenly around the barrel. Cabin and cube saunas go together panel by panel.

  • Barrel saunas from Dundalk, Almost Heaven, Redwood Outdoors and other brands
  • Cabin and cube saunas, and barrel saunas with a glass panoramic end
  • Porch canopies and changing rooms that come with the kit
  • Benches, backrests and the heater set on its mount

FAQ

Sauna Assembly Questions Answered

A level, solid base that's ready before we arrive: a concrete pad, a wood deck built for the weight, or a compacted gravel pad. We don't do excavation or ground leveling.

No. Wiring the heater is electrical work, so a licensed electrician that you arrange makes the connection. We mount the heater where the kit puts it, ready for them.

So we can confirm the base is level and the sauna fits the space. It saves a wasted trip on both sides. Text it to (425) 648-7887.

Most barrel and cabin kits are built in one visit. We'll tell you the time for your model when we quote.

It depends on the size and your city, and the heater wiring usually needs an electrical permit, which your electrician handles. Permits are the homeowner's responsibility; check with your city or county before you buy the kit.

Yes. Barrel and panel saunas come apart and go back together, so we take it down, move it in the truck, and rebuild it on the base at your new home.

Flat rate per kit, quoted the same day from the brand, model number and a photo of the base. See what decides the price on our assembly and mounting price page.
