Gazebo and Pergola Assembly Service

A hardtop gazebo is a real build: three or four hundred pounds of aluminum and steel, roof panels that go on overhead, and a manual that assumes three people and a full day. We send a 2 to 3 person crew, build the frame square on your patio or deck, set the roof panels from ladders, and anchor the posts down so it stays put in the wind.

We build on an existing, level concrete patio or wood deck. That's the one rule. It's what the manufacturers require for the frame to go together square and for the anchors to hold, and it's why we ask for a photo or video of the spot before we book the date.

What's Included

Everything Included in Our Service

A crew that can lift the roof, and anchoring that's part of the job.

2 to 3 Person Crew

Enough hands to lift the roof frame and set panels safely. It's not a one-person kit.

Anchored to Concrete or Wood

Included: concrete anchors into a slab or lag bolts into deck framing, at every post.

Built Square and Level

Frame squared and shimmed on the pad before the roof goes on, so panels line up and the netting tracks work.

Site Checked Before Booking

You text a photo or video of the build spot; we confirm it's level and solid, then book.

Kits We Build

Hardtop Gazebo Assembly

The popular hardtop kits all build the same way: posts and beams first, then the roof frame, then dozens of metal roof panels, then trim, gutters, and netting tracks. Done in the right order by enough people, it's a long day. Done by two people on a weekend, it's a long weekend and a bent panel.

  • Sojag, Sunjoy, Mondawe, Kozyard, Yardistry, and store-brand hardtop gazebos
  • Aluminum and steel pergolas, louvered pergolas, and pergola kits with adjustable roofs
  • Mosquito netting, privacy curtains, and track systems fitted
  • Anchoring at every post: concrete anchors on a slab, lag bolts on a deck

Kit already on the driveway? Text us the model number and a video of the patio and we can usually give you a date and a price today.

Pergolas

Pergola Assembly

Metal and aluminum pergola kits are lighter than gazebos but taller, with long beams that have to be lifted level and posts that must be anchored before anything goes overhead. Louvered pergolas add a roof mechanism that gets adjusted once the frame is square.

Aluminum pergola kits

Posts, beams, and rafters assembled square and anchored to your patio or deck.

Louvered and adjustable-roof pergolas

Louver panels fitted and the crank adjusted for a full open and close.

Pergola accessories

Shade canopies, curtains, and privacy screens hung.

Same rule as gazebos: an existing level patio or deck, and a photo before we book.

FAQ

Gazebo Assembly Questions Answered

On an existing, level concrete patio or a wood deck. That's what the kits are designed to anchor into and what keeps the frame square. We don't build on grass, gravel, or dirt, and we don't do excavation or ground leveling.
So we can confirm the surface is level and solid and the kit fits the space. It saves a wasted trip on both sides. Text it to (425) 648-7887.
Yes. Concrete anchors into a slab or lag bolts into deck framing at every post, using the kit's hardware or better.
Two or three, depending on the kit. Hardtop roof panels and long beams are set from ladders and need hands on both ends.
Most hardtop gazebos take the crew a half day. The largest kits take a full day.
It depends on the size and your city. Many cities allow smaller open-sided gazebos without a permit and require one above a certain roof area. Permits are the homeowner's responsibility; check with your city or county before you buy the kit.
Yes. We disassemble it, label the hardware, move it in the truck, and rebuild it on your new patio or deck.
Flat rate per kit, quoted the same day from the model number and a photo of the site. Anchoring is included. See what decides the price on our assembly and mounting price page.
