Storage Shed Assembly Service

Resin and metal sheds live or die on the base. A shed built on a level foundation goes together square, the doors line up and latch, and the roof panels seal. The same shed built on ground that's an inch out of level fights you on every panel and ends with doors that won't close. So we build on foundations that are ready, and we ask to see yours before we book.

We assemble resin sheds from Lifetime, Suncast, Keter, and Rubbermaid, and metal sheds from Arrow and store brands, from small garden sheds to 8x15 and larger. Panels, doors, windows, roof, shelving, and anchors, done in a day.

What's Included

Everything Included in Our Service

Built on your finished base, squared before the walls go up, anchored when it's done.

Built on Your Ready Foundation

A pre-built, level concrete slab, wood shed platform, or compacted gravel pad, finished before we arrive. No dirt or lawn leveling services offered.

Doors That Line Up

Frame squared on the base before the walls go up, so the doors meet, swing, and latch.

Anchored Down

Anchored to the slab, platform, or pad with the kit's anchors, so the shed stays where it was built in a windstorm.

Shelving & Windows Fitted

Interior shelves, window kits, skylights, and vents installed as we go.

The One Rule

Your Foundation Must Be Ready and Level Before We Arrive

Every shed manufacturer says the same thing: build on a flat, level, solid base or the doors won't align and the walls won't square. We don't pour slabs, build platforms, or level ground. Have one of these ready, text us a photo, and we'll book the build.

  • Concrete slab, poured and cured, at least the shed's footprint
  • Wood shed platform on skids or blocks, level and square
  • Compacted gravel pad with a level top, edged so it holds its shape
  • No dirt or lawn leveling services offered. A shed built on unlevel ground is a shed with doors that won't close, so we don't build on it.

How a Shed Build Goes

1

Text a photo of the foundation

A photo of the slab, platform, or pad, plus the shed's brand and model. We confirm the base is ready and the size matches.

2

One flat price

You get the price before we come out. One price for the whole build, not an hourly clock.

3

Built in a day

Floor, walls, doors, roof, windows, and shelves assembled in order, frame squared before the roof goes on.

4

Anchored and cleaned up

Shed anchored to the base, roof checked for seal, packaging hauled away.

Shed on the driveway and the pad ready? Text us both photos and we can usually give you a date and a price today.

Sheds We Build

Resin Shed and Metal Shed Assembly

Resin sheds go together with snap-fit panels and hundreds of screws; metal sheds are hundreds of thin panels and self-tapping screws that only line up if the base frame is square. We build both, in the order the manual wants, with the right screws in the right holes.

Lifetime, Suncast, Keter, Rubbermaid

Resin and polyethylene sheds from 4x6 up to 8x15 and beyond, including the Costco sizes.

Arrow and metal sheds

Steel panel sheds with the base frame squared first and every seam screwed off.

Shed extras

Shelving kits, window and skylight kits, ramps, and anchors installed at the same visit.

Send the model number and a photo of the base and we'll quote it flat.

Fastest Path to a Quote

Get your quote back the same day

Text us the shed's model number and a photo of your foundation, and we'll reply with an exact flat price, usually the same day.

FAQ

Shed Assembly Questions Answered

A pre-built, perfectly level base: a cured concrete slab, a wood shed platform, or a compacted gravel pad, at least the size of the shed's footprint. It has to be finished before we arrive. No dirt or lawn leveling services offered.
Because the base decides whether the shed goes together. We check that it's level, solid, and big enough, then book the date. Text the photo to (425) 648-7887.
No. Resin and metal sheds on unlevel ground end up with doors that don't close and roof panels that don't seal, and the manufacturers won't warranty it. Get a slab, platform, or gravel pad built first, then we build the shed.
Resin sheds from Lifetime, Suncast, Keter, and Rubbermaid, metal sheds from Arrow and store brands, and the resin kits sold at Costco, Home Depot, and Lowe's. Resin and metal kits only.
Most 8x10 resin sheds take the crew a full day. Small garden sheds are a half day; the big metal sheds and 8x15 resin sheds are a long day.
Yes, with the anchor kit into the slab, platform, or pad. Some sheds include anchors; for the ones that don't, buy the manufacturer's anchor kit and we install it at the same visit.
Yes, at the same visit. Have the kits on site with the shed.
Flat rate per shed, quoted the same day from the model number and a photo of your foundation. See what decides the price on our assembly and mounting price page.
