Send us your building's requirements when you book and we'll issue the certificate directly to your management office — usually the same day, and always before your move date, at no extra charge.
Absolutely — we move in high-rise and elevator buildings regularly. Reserve your building's service elevator and loading-dock window for your timeslot and let us know. We pad the elevator, work within your reserved window, and keep the flow moving so you don't run over your reservation.
Stairs are routine for us. We bring the right equipment for tight, winding stairwells, protect the walls and railings, and size the crew so a fourth-floor walk-up doesn't turn into an all-day job.

For a building-assigned elevator or move-out window, 1–2 weeks ahead is ideal, especially for month-end dates. That said, we often have same-day or next-day openings, so it's always worth a call to check current availability.
