Most Kent apartment moves are in three-story walk-ups on East Hill and in the Valley. There is no elevator, so the crew carries everything down the stairs and loads straight from the stairwell.
Downtown and Kent Station buildings have elevators and a loading zone. Most want them reserved, and some ask for a certificate of insurance. Send us the building rules and we take care of both.
Houses on East Hill, West Hill and Scenic Hill often sit on a slope with a short driveway. The truck parks on the street and the crew walks each piece down. Around Lake Meridian and Panther Lake the streets are HOA-managed and narrow, so we plan where the truck sits before move day.
