Storage FAQ
Common questions about liability, access, and pricing.
Unlike self-storage, our facility is a secure warehouse. Access is by appointment only (typically 24-48 hours notice). This allows us to use a forklift to bring your vault down from the stacks and place it in a safe staging area for you to access.
Storage is billed monthly. We have a one-month minimum. Payments are automatic via credit card or ACH. If you move out mid-month, we prorate the final bill (conditions apply).
Basic limited liability coverage (60 cents per lb) is included. However, for storage, we highly recommend Full Value Protection (FVP), which acts like insurance for the full replacement value of your goods. We can provide a quote for FVP based on the declared value.
We cannot store hazardous materials, perishable food items, live plants, firearms, ammunition, or any illegal substances. All items must be properly disclosed during intake.
