Olympia and Thurston County
Olympia is older houses. Westside, Eastside and South Capitol homes are craftsmans with narrow stairs, basements and porch steps. The crew measures the stairwell before lifting the big pieces.
Downtown lofts and buildings have elevators and a loading zone. Most want the elevator reserved and some ask for a certificate of insurance. Send the building rules and we arrange it.
State jobs and the college calendar set a lot of move dates. We work to a start date, and the September and June weeks near Evergreen and SPSCC book early.
