A treadmill box weighs 250 to 350 pounds, and the hardest part is rarely the bolts. It is getting the machine up the stairs without wrecking a wall. That is the part most assembly outfits cannot do and the part our moving crews do every day.

We carry it to the right room, assemble it to the manual's torque specs, level it so it does not wobble, and take the packaging away. Relocating? We disassemble, move and rebuild the whole setup in one appointment.

Exercise Equipment Assembly — FAQ

Can you get a treadmill upstairs?
Yes — that is genuinely the part we are best at. A boxed treadmill runs 250 to 350 pounds and the difficulty is the staircase, not the bolts. Second-floor bonus rooms and basement gyms are routine work for our crews.
Can you move a Peloton to a new house?
Yes. Pelotons should not be dragged or tipped on their side. We do a proper two-person carry, protect the screen in transit and re-level the bike at the new place so it rides exactly as it did before.
Which brands do you assemble?
NordicTrack, ProForm, Bowflex, Sole, Horizon, Peloton, Concept2, Rogue and the rest. If it arrived in a box with an instruction booklet, we can build it.
Do you assemble home gyms and racks?
Yes. Multi-station gyms, squat racks, cable machines and functional trainers. These are long builds with a lot of hardware, so we will give you a realistic time window when we quote.
Can you disassemble equipment for a move?
Yes, and rebuild it at the destination. We bag and label all the hardware so nothing is lost between the two addresses.
Do you take the packaging away?
Yes, included. Equipment boxes are enormous and awkward to dispose of, so we take the lot with us.
Will you level the machine?
Always. A treadmill or rower that rocks will wear unevenly and feel unstable in use, so we adjust the feet on your actual floor before we call the job done.
